Our Supported Living Services programs are designed for individuals who need of personal services, supervision, and assistance with essential activities of daily living and self-advocacy while wanting to live in a least restrictive environment. We accomplish this by analyzing each individual’s behavior barriers that limit their independence and develop individuals plans that teach replacement strategies for success in a 24-hour or non-24, non-medical placement. Each individual is then matched with one of our highly trained personal attendants/caregivers. Our program encourages individuals to become self-advocates by including them in the daily decision-making process with respect to activities that they participate in.
